What a Week

You know you're getting old when it takes 3 days to recover from one all nighter. We had a bon fire and watched the sun come up and then, I don't really remember much after that. Something about real life and being exhausted all the time. It's a good thing birthdays only come once a year.

So, I didn't get my chapter up on Friday, my bad. I did try and get it up on Tuesday but for some reason Weebly has started doing what Facebook does and messed around with their code for no good reason. My website worked just fine, but they just had to go and "fix" a bunch of stuff and now I can't paste new content into my website. Now, I have to cut and paste it from Notepad to get rid of the embedded formatting code and then reformat it once it's on my site. Can you say total pain in my ass? It adds a good hour or two to my weekly posting schedule and I'm not impressed. Then, just because I wasn't annoyed enough already I was just sentences away from being done this week's chapter when 'the Kid' pushed my on/off button on my computer and I lost it all. Yep, had to start all over. Felt like punching the wall. So I have posted last week's chapter today, there will not be a new posting tomorrow. I am just going to be a week behind schedule. I am formatted out for a few days. Tough titty, you'll just have to wait.

P.S Weebly! Stop fucking with my shit!

Writing is more than a hobby or a profession. It's a state of being, where the actions and dialogue of fictional characters occupies more space in your head than your own.
